Applications

1. As a dedicated amino end-capping agent for silicone synthesis, it reacts with D4 and DMC to produce amino-terminated silicone oil, which is widely used as textile softener, daily chemical conditioner and coating additive.

2. Used as silicon-containing diamine monomer to modify polyurethane, epoxy resin, polyimide and other polymer materials, improving flexibility, water resistance and adhesion.

3. Serves as epoxy curing agent for epoxy molding compound packaging in semiconductor industry, featuring excellent heat resistance, low internal stress and high bonding strength.

4. Applied to produce room-temperature vulcanized amino silicone rubber and sealants for insulation and moisture-proof sealing of electronic components.

5. Used as surface treatment agent for glass, metal and polymer materials to enhance surface adhesion and hydrophobicity.
