Applications:

The product is a macromolecular silane coupling agent terminated with inert organic group at one end and fast-reactive trimethoxysiloxy group at the other end. It features rapid hydrolysis capacity and can react with hydroxyl groups on the surface of inorganic fillers such as alumina and aluminum nitride. Inert polysiloxane segments are grafted onto filler surfaces after surface treatment, which effectively improves filler dispersibility and filling capacity in polysiloxane matrix, and greatly boosts thermal conductivity of thermal interface materials.
